The decks have over 1800 square feet on three levels.  Multiple seating areas with couches, chairs, and stools.

The Upper Deck has a louver roof which can be opened in good weather and closed in bad weather. The remote is just inside Exercise Room mounted to the wall. The Lower Deck is protected by the Upper Deck is is mostly dry if it rains. Guests can use spaces on either deck.

Turn on the fire table and kick back, relax with a morning coffee or evening night cap.  Couches, rocking swivel wingback chairs are available.

Sonos sound system located on each level to play your favorite music, listen to a podcast, sporting game or even the news stations.

Hosts live on site and expect our guests to respect the shared spaces and noise levels after 10pm.  The outdoor areas are shared, however if you would like to arrange private use, please ask at time of booking.

We do use the common spaces for our own use during your stay, however we can also provide private use upon request. Just let us know in advance and we can plan accordingly.

Large built in rock BBQ with side burner is available for you to prepare a delicious meal.  Rotisserie equipment, oven mits, BBQ tools are located within the under storage of BBQ. We do ask that you clean up after yourself if using BBQ center as its a shared space.

After you are done cooking, increase BBQ to high and let burn off for 15-20 minutes. Then brush off grill. Let cool before putting cover back on.

The fridge is available to keep your beverages cool while you enjoy the deck.  We maintain basic condiments in the fridge (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo and Relish) and your are welcome to use. The hosts do occasionally leave personal beverages in the fridge and ask that they are not consumed. 

Let us know if you require any additional items needed for cooking. 

There are 2 eating bars that accomodate up to 10 people on the top deck.  One eating bar is attached to the BBQ, the other overlooks the lower level hot tub area. Large swivel cantilever umbrellas covers the eating bars areas if weather requires.

There are 2 tables on the walkout level as well.  One seats 4, the other 6.  

Non breakable dishes, place mats, cutlery, etc are provided for up to 6 guests for meals on the deck/patio areas.  Dishes from loft suite are not to be used outdoors.

Keep your exercise routine going or start one in our fitness room.  We have a Bowflex, Elliptical, and boxing bag.  Boxing gloves, yoga mat, etc are available in the bin by window.

Home gym / fitness room has a Smart TV and Sonos built in ceiling speakers to get your motivation pumping. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult in the gym for safety reasons.
