The Holiday Trailer is available by special request only, and must be booked as an add on to one of the other property rentals. The trailer is to primarily used to provide additional sleeping space for larger family gatherings or specialty rentals.

The default guest limit is 5 people including children, but we will review and approve additional guests on a individual basis.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE:

The trailer is available from mid April to late October. If cold weather is expected in early spring or late fall the water may need to be disconnected overnight to prevent freezing and then reconnected when temperatures rise above freezing. 

If convertible beds are used they are not intended to be converted back and forth. If you want to use couch or table then do not include in your sleeping arrangements.

Front bedroom has RV Queen bed, cabinets both side for storage and clothing. Bedding provided. Wall mounted TV and lots of plug in options for charging USB devices

Bunk beds have Cot size upper and Full size lower beds. Bedding provided. Removable ladder for upper bunk. Upper bunk is great for kids ages 5-10 but not recommended for adults. Lower bunk has is a full and more room for older kids or adults. Ladder and Bed rail available for upper bunk.

Sofa and table converts to Twin bed. Sofa bed folds out and table bed converts using bench cushions and mattress topper and bedding provided. Works for medium sized adult or kids.

Space under table bed can be used for clothing storage. If using Sofa bed and Table bed then there will be no table for eating in the trailer and the space is just for sleeping. 

Kitchen is set up with all the basics you will need for meal preparation. We supply common spices, salt/pepper, flour, sugar, coffee and tea supplies. Lots of cupboard space for snacks and supplies.

Located in cupboards above couch are the Dishware and Food Storage Supplies.
