Visitors are people who stop by for a short visit (1-2 hours) and are generally not using the facilities. Examples are short visit to say hello or a social drink to catch up on what's new.

We do not charge extra for Visitors but appreciate you letting us know people are stopping by.

A Guest is someone who would be staying for a BBQ dinner, socializing at the fire table or fire pit, or using Hot Tub, Sauna or Pool. Guests are typically limited to a few friends, or one additional family. 

Guests using Hot Tub, Sauna or Pool are $15 a person, and includes towel. Guests just using outdoor spaces are $5 each.

This extra fee helps pay for additional cleaning, water maintenance (chemicals and filters) and utilities, so we all can continue to enjoy the property.

Generally a gathering is more than 5 additional people. Once you include your own registered guests, plus day use guests, you are using all the common outdoors spaces. This is now a private gathering and we need to have a more formal approval in place. This includes number of guests, duration of gathering, noise limits and clean up requirements. We also have to be respectful of our neighbors so there are lots of things to consider being its approved.

Another key factor is method you booked. Each booking platform has different rules on guests and insurance. Most likely your guests would not be covered in your policy and we need to have a separate rental agreement for insurance and damage deposits. This protects everyone, should something go wrong during your gathering.

Pricing is variable and dependent on number of Guests, and length of time using the shared spaces.

Yes. While the spaces are shown as "Common" we wont be jumping into the Hot Tub or Sauna without an invite from you. If you want a private soak just let us know and we will ensure you have privacy.

We only book our suites to one guest booking at a time, so you will always know who you are sharing the outdoor spaces with.

During the day and evening we will still use the facilities (Deck, BBQ, Hot Tub or Pool) or water the flowers, but try to give you primary access. On days without guests its our personal use party time!

The Walkout Suite was added to the Dragonfly Inn Suites to provide additional sleeping rooms and day use for private gatherings. After 10:00pm weekdays and 11:00pm weekends (Quite Times) there is a restriction on use for the Walkout Suite.  The Walkout Suites does have walled partition between main floor and walkout. Guest space is separated by door at bottom of stairs. Host Laundry/Toy room and Furnace room is located on either side of wet bar and may need to be accessed during stay for unplanned maintenance. Mutual respect for noise after quiet time is required. 

After quite time guests can continue to entertain and socialize on the decks, and around the fire pit. Music and noise levels need to be lowered but we do not close the outdoor facilities.

As long as the Walkout Suite is available, we can arrange access to play some pool, darts or games.

We also use this space for personal use (when not rented), or set it up in advance for private gathering. So it depends. It doesn't hurt to ask but please don't be offended if we say no. The room may look available but we have lots going on.

Extra services can be requested at anytime. However depending on the request we cant guarantee we can provide them. We will do our best based on availability and time available.

Massages take some time to coordinate and schedule 3rd party RMT. We typically need 1 weeks heads up for Massage. Food services may need to be purchased if not stocked at house. 2-3 days notice is helpful for prepared foods.

Rentals, Beverages and Firewood need less time to arrange, but still need a little time to get ready for you. These can be processed same day but don't expect them within minutes. Example would be order beverage from Hot Tub and expect us to hand deliver in minutes.

The property has lots of stairs and elevated decks. The walkout suites and fire pit area is accessible for wheel chairs however it requires to travel over the grass area. No access in winter as this is not a plowed path.
