The BBQ has a cover that needs to be taken off when using and put back on when BBQ is cleaned and cooled off. The front bottom has an elastic band to hold it in place.
With BBQ lid open, press the burner knob in and turn counter clockwise until you hear a click, this is the igniter for the burner. Do this for all 5 burners. After turning them all on confirm there is flame on at least one of the burners. If none of the burners ignited keep lid open and start from the right and turn knob of and then on again until you see burner lit. Close the lid for 5 seconds and the remaining burners will ignite.
We stock the basic condiments and supplies needed for burgers and hot dogs. Fridge is available Spring/Summer/Fall and closed for Winter months.
Under the BBQ in the two drawers are all the BBQ tools and supplies you will need. Feel free to use any of the tools available. We ask that you clean and replace the tools after you are done so that everything is ready for the next person to use the BBQ.
There should be a BBQ lighter near the table during Sring/Summer/Fall or in the exercise room (bin with remotes). When lighting the fire table you should have lighter lit with flame flame before turning on gas.
Just under the table on left side is the gas valve key. Gently push key in and turn counter clockwise to turn on gas. When finished turn key clockwise to turn off.
With the flames on site back and relax on the couches or chairs.
Note: On a cool evening make sure louver roof is closed to keep more heat in the space.
