Overnight Stays with Additional Guests (Base price includes first 10 guests)
Pricing and approval is based on duration of gathering, facilities being used (Hot Tub, Sauna, BBQ etc.), and set up requirements (additional tables, chairs dishes etc.). Additional fee per guest may be added depending on number of guests and facilities being used.
Base rates for up to 10 guests are $250 for 4 hours, and $500 for full day (10:00am to 11:00pm). Noise and music after 10pm must be kept to a respectful volume. Planned gatherings and details are negotiable with host. Gatherings with more than 10 guests will be considered so long as they do not conflict with local bylaws and noise and traffic constraints.
Outdoor spaces can be booked together with suites.
Upper deck has seating for 6 at the BBQ cook top and 4 more at the eating bar. Lower deck has seating for 4 at bar table and another 6 seats under the covered section.
Bring your own disposable dishware or we have rental items as well.
We have lots of decorations and accessories available. We can set up and take down host supplied decorations or you are more than welcome to supply and set up your own.
Our loft suite can be decorated with your event theme. With folding table, we can set up room to seat a maximum of 10 guest (6 at table and 4 at eating bar).
Maximum occupancy of Walkout Suite is 10 people.
Decks and Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces are available early summer to late fall. The upper and lower decks are covered and maintain a dry space in light to moderate rain. Heavy rain with winds may allow some water to blow into these areas.
Great space for family gatherings, BBQ, Pool Party or other informal gatherings.
The Walkout Patio can be arranged with up to five 6' by 30" tables and chairs. Layout shown below will seat up to 40 people in covered/protected areas. If using party tent the walkout is a great spot to set up the bar and tables for snacks and gift tables.

Note: Your requested date may not show as available and if so pick the closest date to it and include actual date requested in the Comment/Question field. Depending on the size and duration, we do our best to fit you in or find a date that works.
We have tables, chairs, dishware and cutlery for up to 40 guests. Larger guest counts will need 3rd party rentals. Check out our rentals sections for specific items and quantities available.

For gatherings with bar service we have recently added a rustic outdoor bar. Place your custom sign on the front of the bar to make it unique for your event.
Lots of shelving and space to mix up everyone favorite beverages.
On cool nights a little extra heat helps keep everyone warm and dry.
Over the years we have added number of items available for rental.
We have dishware and glassware available for rental (up to 40 place settings). Our storage room is stocked with many other items you may need to host an event.

While we do stock some of our own equipment we don't carry everything. We are excited to confirm we have partnered with River City Events. When you book your gathering with us you also get preferential pricing. If requesting equipment rental quotes make sure you ask for the Dragonfly Inn pricing.
